Kamino Earn adapter

Vaults are loaded from Kamino's public Earn API and deposits are built through the official Kamino transaction endpoint. We only show mapped tokens with an RWA/private-credit signal or future mapped RWA/equity mints, so unsupported xStocks and dust vaults are not shown as fake opportunities.
